I received the wrong item; how do I fix this?Updated 9 months ago

We're sorry that happened and would love to get this corrected for you! Please click the “Help” icon below and follow these steps:

  1. Select "Help with My Order"
  2. Fill in your name, email address, and order ID
  3. Select the site where you placed your order from the dropdown
  4. Select "Help with my shipment"
  5. Select "I received the wrong item(s)"
  6. In "Additional Details" please tell us what item you received and what item is missing
  7. Provide photos of the item(s) you received, the shipping label, and packing slip to expedite the process

Please allow a 24-48 hours for our team to review your request and reach out the warehouse for a corrective shipment. We will work with you to get the correct item sent out to you or a refund or credit if the item is no longer available.
